We find from the order dated December 24, 2025, that even after assignment before this Bench, none had appeared for the appellants, although the respondent was represented by counsel. Accordingly, a last chance was given to the appellants to argue the matter on the next occasion. Even thereafter, on May 13, 2026, none had appeared for the parties at the time of call. Again, the same exercise was repeated on May 20, 2026, when the matter was called but none appeared either of the parties. Lastly, on August 12, 2026, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of the appellants. 2. Even today, none appears for the appellants, although the respondent is represented through counsel. 2 3. In such view of the matter, there is no other option before the court but to dismiss the matter for default. 4.
