The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that, though this Court granted an interim order of stay, the petitioner-Nursing College was unable to continue its operations. Consequently, the students studying in the petitioner-Nursing College were transferred to other colleges. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ appeal.
