This Intra-Court Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5627 of 2017, dated 08.03.2019. 2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refrain from insisting upon the petitioner from passing the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for her appointment as a B.T. Assistant (History) in the fifth respondent-School. This Court, by order dated 08.03.2019, granted exemption to the petitioner from passing the TET and directed the official respondents not to insist upon a TET certificate as a pre-condition for her continuance in service. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.A(MD)No.1065 of 2021 3. However, subsequently, the petitioner has cleared the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.
