Thereafter, challenging the impugned order dated 22.06.2021, the petitioner's wife has preferred an appeal under Section 79 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act before the competent Appellate Authority. 4.In view of the above subsequent development, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner's wife to canvass all the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition before the Appellate Authority, where the appeal is pending.
