Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Official Liquidator. 3. A report had been filed by the learned Official Liquidator, wherein the Ex-Managing Director of the company had indicated that the lands involved in the present application was owned by M/s.Sterling Holidays (India) Limited and not by M/s.Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited, which is in liquidation. It was also indicated in the said reply of the Managing Director that the sale had been effected only by M/s.Sterling Holidays (India) Limited and not by the company in liquidation. 4. A further status report has also been filed by the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences wing, Chennai, wherein it is indicated that the property in the present company application has not been attached. 5. In such an event, this Court do not find any impediment in ordering the application as prayed for.
