This Original Side Appeal is filed to set aside the order dated 19.05.2021 made in A.No.2507 of 2020 in C.S.No.290 of 2003. 2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a memo stating that the appellants have filed an application to file additional written statement in C.S.No.290 of 2003. The said application itself came to be dismissed. Challenging the said order of dismissal, the applicants therein filed the present appeal before this Court. Pending appeal, the matter was settled between the appellants and the plaintiffs in the suit and subsequently, the suit was withdrawn by the plaintiffs against these appellants. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication as far as O.S.A.No.275/2021 is concerned. 3. Accordingly, this Original Side Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
