R1 died and his legal representatives were brought on record as R6 to R11. R6 also died. 2. Since the first respondent is only a co-defendant, R6 to R11 who are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent are not necessary parties in this petition. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, the delay of 738 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly. 4.
