The plaintiff in O.S.No.146 of 2017 on the file of I Additional District Court, Madurai is the appellant herein. It was a suit for specific performance. The Court below vide judgment and decree dated 11.12.2020 denied the relief of specific performance but directed the defendant to repay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- with subsequent interest. 2.We called upon the parties to amicably resolve the issues between themselves. We are happy to record that the first defendant had agreed to pay a sum of Rs.37,00,000/- towards the plaintiff's full claim within a period of three months. The plaintiff accepts the same towards the full and final settlement of all his claims. Three months time is granted to the first defendant to make the said payment. Until then, there will be a charge on the suit schedule property.
