W.P.(MD)No.20410 of 2021 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Anand For Respondent No.1 : Mr.R.Ramasamy, Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent vide his proceedings in ep.K.m8/121/2021 dated 19.05.2021 and for a consequential direction to the first respondent to protect the petitioner's right and stay in the house in D.No.84, Kumaresa Nagar 3rd Street, Thiyagaraja Nagar, Tirunelveli District. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the second respondent. As against the second respondent, the petitioner made a complaint under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, claiming maintenance. However, the first respondent vide the impugned order dated 19.05.2021 permitted the second respondent to stay in the petitioner's house. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the second respondent left India to Burma.
