Heard learned counsel for petitioner. Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel, takes notice for second respondent. 3. Though notice has been served on the first respondent and the name of the first respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through a pleader. 4. Notice sent to third respondent has been returned with an endorsement ‘person not found’. 5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 890 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel for second respondent at the time of admission.
