When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submitted that in spite of best efforts, the details of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner/appellant was not able to be secured. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the appeal is rejected at the SR stage.
