When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent rejected the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 07.09.2021. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
