This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 768 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the second respondent, stated that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.
3. Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.
