It is seen therefrom that both survey numbers have been classified as “Pathai” ie., road. 4. In respect of road portion, no person can have any claim. We therefore decline to interfere with the impugned order. The petitioners are permitted to submit an application to the District Collector, Tenkasi 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD) No.3955 of 2021 for allotment of alternative site. As and when such application is received, it shall be considered by the District Collector, Tenkasi, as per the existing administrative norms. 5.
