1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned order dated 12.02.2021 (Annexurs P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Accountant. NIRMALA RAO
2 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.”
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the impugned
order dated 12.2.2021 is appealable as per CCA Rules.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority. He would contend that a direction may be issued to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.
4. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.
5. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents available on record.
6. Taking into consideration the fair submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal, if it has been preferred by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
