The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the respondent made an attempt to lay road in the subject land without https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 23040 of 2021 following due process of law. Hence, a representation was made before the respondents. However, the said representation was rejected without due consideration. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in this case, all the disputes were sorted out and road was laid in the subject land by following due process of law and hence, nothing survives in this petition. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In the case on hand, according to the petitioner, the respondents made an attempt to lay road in the subject land without following due process of law. Hence, a representation was made before the respondents. 6. Now, it was submitted by the respondents that the road was already laid in the subject land by following the due process of law. 7. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition.
