On perusal of records, it appears that this matter is pending since the year 2022. Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Further, it was submitted by the respondents that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has to be entertained by an appropriate Civil Court and the present petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 4. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the present case.
