The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner, requesting the respondents to take action in the matter of payment of compensation for the land measuring 1.29 acres in T.S.No.1868 of Thiruvannamalai Town, 4th Ward and 34th Block acquired for the purpose of Kalaignar Karunanithi Government Arts College. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
