JUDGMENT Earlier, this Court, on 17.11.2025 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise in the suit for partition and entered into a joint settlement agreement dated 24.03.2026. 2. In view of the Joint Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, High Court Madras, this First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2026. The said Joint Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.
