Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner’s Appeal had already been disposed of by the 2nd Respondent vide Proceedings dated 23.11.2021 bearing Na.Ka.6535/2013/Tha2. Therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
