However, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and any other parties concerned.
