The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 26.02.2021 requesting the respondents for fixation of fair rent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 12 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
