Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3; learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 4th respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6. 4.Considering the submissions made by either parties, and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and other parties concerned, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that Authorities concerned are directed only to survey and demarcate the aforesaid properties. If there is any dispute in the same, the parties concerned have to resolve the same beforey the Civil Court. Based on the boundaries stone laid by the respondents 2 and 3, the rights of the parties are deprived and the private parties are directed not to make an attempt to forcibly acquire the possession without following the due process of law. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 17489 of 2021 5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
