The only contention raised in the present petition is that despite the documents filed on behalf of the petitioner/management, the same were not taken into account by the learned authority while passing the impugned order under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has denied the factum of employment and in this regard, submits that the attendance record and wages register was also filed from April, 2017 to January, 2018. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that he has no objection if the matter is remanded back, with an opportunity being granted to both the parties to lead evidence. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was directed to deposit the award amount, which has been deposited and lying with the Registry of this Court.
