This is an application filed on behalf of the defendants seeking disposal of the suit in terms of Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 18.06.2026. 2. During the course of hearing, respective counsel for the parties affirm that the Settlement Agreement dated 18.06.2026 has been executed between the parties during the course of mediation. 3. It is stated, on instructions, that the said Settlement Agreement comprehensively resolves all outstanding disputes between the parties. This is a digitally signed order. The Settlement Agreement has been signed by Sh. Sandeep Singh (the plaintiff), Smt. Sarvjeet Kaur (defendant no.1) and Sh. Arshpreet Singh (defendant no.3). 5. Ms. Ankita Kaur (defendant no.2) has executed a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) dated 09.07.2026 in favour of defendant no.1. Consequently, the defendant no.1, acting on the basis of the said SPA has signed the Settlement Agreement on behalf of the defendant no.2 as well. 6. The defendant no.2 has joined the proceedings virtually today. She confirms the factum of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.06.2026 and that the same has been arrived at out of her own free will and volition. She affirms that she will scrupulously adhere to the terms of the said Settlement Agreement. 7. The plaintiff as also the other defendants affirm that they shall remain bound with the terms of the said Settlement Agreement and shall scrupulously adhere thereto. 8. The aforesaid undertaking is taken on record. 9. It is submitted by respective counsel for the parties that in view of the categorical statement made by the defendant no.2 during the course of proceedings today, the requirement of executing a relinquishment deed as a pre requisite for decreeing the present suit, stands obviate. It is directed accordingly. 10. Considering the aforesaid aspects, at joint request of the parties, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 18.6.2026 and in terms of the aforesaid statement of respective parties. 11. Since the parties have resolved their disputes through mediation, let CS(OS) 449/2021 This is a digitally signed order.
