JUSTICE SACHIN DATTA % 20.07.2026 O R D E R 1. Respective counsel for the contesting parties viz. M/s. Saptagiri Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. (Plaintiff in Item No.6) and Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Mr. Bikram Singh, Ms. Sunita Devi (Defendants in Item No.6) submit that a Memorandum of Understanding dated 06.04.2026 has been executed between the said parties, which effectively resolves the controversy sought to be raised by the respective Plaintiffs in the present suits. It is jointly request that the present suits be disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Understanding dated 06.04.2026. 3. It is further submitted that the said parties have no outstanding claims either against each other or against the Airport Authority of India or any of the other defendant/s. The said statement is taken on record. 4. The parties to the said MOU undertake to remain bound with the terms thereof. 5. Accordingly, as jointly prayed and taking on record the aforesaid undertaking, the present suits (alongwith pending applications) are disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 06.04.2026. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as affecting any of the rights/ liabilities of the Airport Authority of India. 7.
