It is submitted that the said amount has been paid today in the Court by way of cheque bearing no. 762689 dated 18.07.2026 for an amount of Rs.9 lakhs, drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Kandivli (E), Mumbai-400101 (IFSC Code: UTIB0000455). The said cheque has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner by Mr. Louis Rodrigues, Officer-In-Charge of Ryon International School. Mr. Louis assures the Court that the said cheque would be encashed on presentation. The statement made by Mr. Louis is taken on record. The copy of settlement agreement dated 18.05.2026 is taken on record. The parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid agreement arrived at between them.
