Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that since vide letter dated 07.05.2026 issued by the Director of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, the petitioner has been granted the change of land use permission for setting up the restaurant, thus, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. It is submitted that the petitioner has met with all the conditions in the said CLU and in case the respondent-authorities do not carry out the spot inspection within time, then, liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if need be.
