The petitioner, who claims to be a social worker associated with a political party, has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to the official respondents to take action on his representation dated 20.07.2021, alleging misappropriation of food supplies by respondent No.3- Bhagwan Dass (Depot Holder) in connivance with respondent No.4- Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Village Jharoda, District Rewari. 2. Having considered the matter, this Court finds that the petitioner is neither an aggrieved person nor has any concern whatsoever with the depot allotted to respondent No.3. Consequently, the petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the instant writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
