Learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment, to go through the decision (supra), and respond. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned twice. Today, no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner, to address arguments. List on 27.07.2026. To be shown in the urgent list. No further request for an adjournment, on behalf of either of the parties concerned shall be entertained, on the next date of hearing.” 2.
