Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the civil writ petition filed by the respondents was allowed in terms of the judgment passed in CWP No. 19895 of 2020 titled as Rajesh Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 08.09.2021 but the said judgment has already been set-aside by the Division Bench in LPA No. 1056 of 2021, decided on 18.03.2025. The said order passed by the Division Bench has already been upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India hence, the order passed by the learned Single Judge is liable to be set-aside. 2.
