1. The petitioner has preferred the instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 30.12.1987 (P-3), 08.08.1988 (P-4), 26.04.1987 (P-5), 26.02.1986 (P-6) and 24.06.1985 (P-7) (wrongly mentioned as 24.06.1985 (P-3), 26.02.1986 (P-4), 30.12.1987 (P-6), 08.08.1988 (P-7) and the reply dated 11.11.2021 (P-2) vide which the respondent-Corporation has stopped the annual increments of the petitioner in illegal and arbitrary manner and without following the procedure prescribed in the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment & Appeal) Rules, 1970.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the
judgment dated 12.11.2024, passed in CWP No.25608 of 2021, Kesar Singh MAMTA MALHOTRA 2026.07.23 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
-2- versus Pepsu Road Transport Corporation and another whereby the similar claim raised by the petitioner therein, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to controvert the abovesaid factual position in the matter.
4. Dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 12.11.2024, passed in CWP-25608-2021, however, with no order as to costs.
