Fatehabad (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising out thereto, may kindly be quashed, against the present petitioners, being abuse of process of law, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, during the pendency of the present petition, challan (charge-sheet) has been filed and even charges have been framed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand, with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action, after laying challenge to the challan (charge-sheet) as also the order framing charges. 3.
