By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.305/2021 registered with the Police Station Samod, District Jaipur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 354, 382 & 120B IPC and Section 66 of the IT Act. 2. As per the factual report dated 02.03.2022 received from the SHO, Police Station Samod, District Jaipur (Rural), the prosecutrix has confirmed before the Investigating Officer that she went with the petitioner on her own and no offence has been caused with her, therefore, she does not want any proceedings against the petitioner. Giving reference of the aforesaid submissions of the prosecutrix, the factual report has been submitted by the Public Prosecutor. (2 of 2) [CRLMP-8502/2021] 3. Considering the above contents of the factual report, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant criminal misc. petition, directing the Investigating Officer to submit the conclusion report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again, in case, he feels aggrieved under the changed circumstances. 5.
