At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the instant matter from all four corners, the Investigating Agency has submitted the Final Report (Negative) by treating the instant matter of civil nature on 16.07.2021 and the same has been submitted before the Metropolitan Magistrate No. 9, Jaipur on 16.08.2021. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
