By way of filing the present petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 381/2015 registered with Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur Choki Bharatpur for the offence under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2. At the outset, it has been apprised by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this petition, a charge- sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and charges have been framed against him against which, a Revision Petition No. 1634/2024 has been submitted before this Court, therefore the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty him to raise all the objections, as raised in this petition, in the Revision Petition No.1634/2024.
