At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, the police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) in the aforesaid FIR on 20.09.2021, hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
