Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the instant petition has been preferred for quashing of FIR, but after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act and thereafter, trial was conducted and the petitioner has been convicted, hence, under the changed circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. 2.
