By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned F.I.R. No.348/2020 registered at the Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Jaipur City (East) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after completion of thorough investigation in the instant matter, the Police has submitted the Final Report ‘Negative’ by treating the matter as civil in nature before the Court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Jaipur on 10.11.2021. Counsel (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1317/2021] further submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with the instant petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant misc. petition is rendered as infructuous. The instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 4.
