This, according to the Petitioner, is in violation of orders dated 13th August, 2021 and 07th October, 2021 passed by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Hence, the contempt petition has been moved. 2. After perusing the application, it is directed that this petition shall now be treated as an application in W.P.(C) 8430/2021 titled ‘Court on its own motion v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi &Ors.’ 3.
