The instant criminal misc. petition has been submitted for quashing the FIR No.23/2021 registered with Police Station Shipra Path, Jaipur (South) for the offences under Sections 376(2)(n) and 420 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, final report negative was submitted and the same was accepted. He further submits that the order of acceptance of final report was assailed by the victim by way of filing a revision petition and the Revisional Court has remanded the matter by (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2119/2021] passing an order dated 09.12.2024 and the same has been assailed by the petitioner in subsequent petition bearing S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.61/2025 before this Court. Hence, under the changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed has having become infructuous. 4.
