By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 518/2015 registered with Police Station, Sadar Alwar for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation, the police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) in the aforesaid FIR on 17.08.2018 and the same has also been submitted before the concerned Court on 21.08.2018, hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous.
