1. The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed:
1. That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and directions may be issued to the respondents no.2-3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner by providing adequate security/police protection and also directing the concerned respondents not to interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and his family or to harass them in any manner or to cause any detriment to the petitioner in any manner in the interest of justice. 2. That enquiry may be ordered and appropriate action may be taken against the concerned respondents
by
any
other
independent investigation agency. 3. That, it is further prayed that By way of appropriate order or direction the state government may be directed to pay suitable compensation in favor of the petitioner for the reasons that the officers of the State had played with the liberty of the petitioner. 4.
Any other order or direction, which the Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts & circumstances in the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
2. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner. 3. It appears that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has submitted several representations before the Revenue Minister, District Collector, Superintendent of Police, Dholpur for redressal of his grievance and when no heed was paid by the
(3 of 3) [CRLW-550/2021] authorities concerned, he has approached this Court by way of filing the instant petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner is expected to file one more representation before the concerned Police Station and Superintendent of Police, Dholpur with regard to redressal of his grievance. In case, such representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, it is expected from the authority concerned to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law expeditiously as early as possible, after inquiring the allegations levelled against the respondents. 5.
