The petitioner has sought direction for implementing the communication dated 27.07.2021 issued by respondent no.2 i.e. Residential Deputy Collector, Ahmednagar. 3. On going through the said communication, it appears that the petitioner had filed one complaint, wherein breach of Covid Protocol was done by the concerned public representatives of Kopargaon Taluka. However, the learned A.P.P. by placing reliance on communication dated 22.08.2022 submits that the application of the petitioner was considered and enquiry was also made in respect of the same and ultimately, it was found that there was no breach of Covid Protocol as proposed function in respect of which the petitioner has raised grievance was in fact conducted by 2026:BHC-AUG:42344-DB 1179.2021WP 2 following rules and regulations of Covid Protocol and it was with prior permission. 4. In view of the same, we do not find any substance in this petition and it stands disposed of. If the petitioner is having any grievance about the said communication, then he may take out appropriate proceeding as per law to redress his grievance.
