It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the same has been settled finally. He further submits that in view of the terms and conditions of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the main complaint has also been withdrawn by the respondent. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
