It is further submitted that a subsequent FAO i.e. FAO-3225-2021 has been filed by Sushila Sharma, who is already appellant No.1 in FAO-2135-2020 and both the cases are with respect to the same impugned award and with respect to the compensation awarded on account of death of the same deceased i.e. Sunil Kumar. 2. None has appeared on behalf of the appellant to rebut the said aspect. 3.
