Osmanabad, to Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) or Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D.). 2) However, the report of the Resource Personnel of this Court dated 19.08.2026 clearly indicates that the investigation of the aforesaid F.I.R. is completed and R.C.C. No. 81 of 2020 has already been registered. The said R.C.C. case is pending before the Court at Lohara. 3) As such, nothing survives in the present petition.
