the complainant Bhagwan Singh alleged that on 28.09.2021 at about 05:00 PM, he came to know that dead body of his nephew Sarwan Singh was lying on the Kacha Path near bridge of drain leading from village Chohla Sahib to Fatehabad. Thereafter, he along with his other nephews rushed towards the spot and found that the dead body bore gunshot injuries. It is further alleged that during election at Guru Arjan Dev Ji College, Chohla Sahib, an incident of open firing took place in which his nephew received the said gunshot injury.
