The identical issue has already been decided by this Court in the case of Vasant Mahadeo Boravake Vs. The Circle Officer & Ors. In Writ Petition No. 3974 of 2020 with Writ Petition No.3978 of 2020. The learned AGP also fairly confirms the same. I am inclined to take the same view. 2. Mr. Sanket S. Kulkarni and Mr. S. D. Kulkarni tender a copy of the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in the said petitions and submits that a similar order deserves to be passed in the present petition. 3. As the order passed in Writ Petition Nos.3974 of 2020 with 3978 of 2020 squarely applies to the present case, the similar order is passed in the present petition. 4.
