Civil Application (CAS) No. 803 of 2026 1. By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount, along with accrued interest, deposited in this Court. 2. On 23/10/2008, this Court passed an order in First Appeal No. 320 of 2008 and directed the Registry to obtain the amount from the trial Court and invest in another Nationalized Bank. However, due to increase of pecuniary jurisdiction, the said First Appeal was transferred to District Judge, Amravati, and the amount of Rs. 4,80,113/- was transferred to this Court. rkn 2 915sa132.2021.odt 3. As per the report of the Assistant Superintendent of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati, and since the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn, therefore, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest after verification by the Registry of this Court. 4.
